Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the sale of pdvWIRELESS handsets and services within Enterprise and Public Sector communities in a given PDV market. You will work closely with the market’s Indirect sales channel to ensure that each customer is being supported both pre & post sale. The goal of the position is to create and manage successful revenue generating relationships with service provider companies who can positively affect the sales of DispatchPlus services on PDV’s network to end user companies
Responsibilities

Prospecting activities to educate local businesses of the value of the pdvWIRELESS and DispatchPlus solutions.

Secure activations and work with local partners to provision, install and service each customer.
*
“Lead from the front.” Help train local partner sales reps and teams to sell our products and services by incorporating them into your sales process.

Perform sales support activities with channel partners; lead dissemination, sales call assistance and strategy discussions.

Communicate regularly with Market Area Manager on all sales activities via calls, email, CRM and meetings. Driving revenue. Conducting sales presentations via phone, Webinar or in person to prospects that fit our target criteria.

Along with your MAM, conduct regularly scheduled sales meetings with these authorized PDV Partner contacts.

Distributing and tracking sales contests.

Create and drive marketing & sales campaigns, while working with the DispatchPlus sales and marketing teams to grow revenue within the targeted areas.
Qualifications
*
Must possess at least 3 years of experience selling “solutions” to businesses.
*
Must be able to speak English and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
*
Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
*
Must work effectively under pressure and deadlines, and be able to maintain a tactful composure while working closely with others.
